Area: | It is obtained from Negroamaro and Malvasia nera grapes, cultivated in those Apulian lands which are particularly suitable for this kind of wines and particularly in Salento's territory (provinces of Brindisi and Lecce). |

| Technologies: | Negroamaro grapes are pressed in a soft way and then they remain in contact with must for a very short time which is sufficient in order to obtain the correct pink shade of the finished product. The must is cleaned by impurities and is fermented at a controlled temperature with selected leavens' aid. |

| Scent: | Light, fruity, delicate scent which becomes characteristical if the wine is young. |

combination: | Because of its sobriety (it is both a full-bodied and lively wine), it is an ideal wine for each course: from the simplest to the most sophisticated ones. |
